Hi Carol! I had a couple of questions I was wondering if you could help me with? I am a 40 year old( who was permanantly disabled when I was 20 years old) and I struggle to physically use the computer. My husband has helped me to find the websites you told me about (because websites also didn’t exist 20 years ago). I found that neither of the sites appeared to have many products or kits.
When I bought your products at HSN, I used both your regular and anti-aging face and body products which I LOVE!! I bought everything that you offered. Do you still sell your products in the large size kits? Is there anyway that I can call and talk to someone at your Raw Essentials.com because I still feel confused by the computer and I would love to beable to buy your products and kits ASAP.
My skin has been the worst I have seen it and I am looking forward to using your products again! I am also looking forward to seeing you in May on shopNBC! Take care and I look forward to hearing from you soon !!

Carol, Thank you for your quick response and the websites that I can order your products from! I enjoyed getting to see you on HSN and the 2-3 times that we were able to talk, and again I am looking forward to seeing you on shopNBC. I have been disabled for 20 years and your skincare is absolutly the only products I can use (and I used them all) and it is awesome when dealing with AZ weather! I have also bought your first book and I love it .

I read about Duane Reade congrats,and I was wondering if you will branch out to other stores? I don’t know if you have a phamphlet on your products and any new name changes, or new kits? I am not very good on the computer and I love that you took the time to respond so quickly! Thank you again and I am glad you are doing fabulous with your product line! Take care!!!

found at Beauty.com, Drugstore.com, ShopNBC.com
and at my own site RawEssentials.com. I will be
back on ShopNBC sometime soon again-i think
they said in May. I will post the days and times
on this site (hopefully if i get them in time to post
them!)
ShopNBC is having a great promotion of our product
right now and i think you can stock up on the best
deal there.

Carol I have loved your products and have struggled to find them since you stopped being with HSN. I did find out that you were with shopNBC but from my understanding you may not be with them as of lately! I have missed seeing you on tv and being able to find and use your raw essentials products. I somehow found this site and I hope you can let me know where I can buy your products. I hope you are doing well. Thank you for making wonderful products and I am glad that you did not give up on making them because they are the only skin care that doesn’t irritate my skin!

who introduced us and where i was, etc…..

Very funny and very cute email.
Please, do not worry about the email–my fans
I presume, love it because they get to see

That is about the coolest thing I ever read about how you and your team handle fan mail. It is so wonderful to know that there is someone who cares about this. Fans have no choice but to write to their favorite stars as it is really the only opportunity to express how much you mean to them.
