I have 2 of your books. I love them. I was going to fix the lemon pie recipe where it calls for a handful of almonds and a handful of dates. But the prep instructions start off saying to combine the 'cashews', almonds and dates. Can you tell me the quantity and treatment of cashews that are to be used for this recipe? Thank you so much!
