So basically i just avoid them whenever i can….

Very interesting to read that you had difficulty working with some of the women. Please do write a book on how you handled this! I can’t believe how competitive, jealous, and vicious some women can be and have never known how to handle it. It has ruined my life, really. I was only taught to ignore which isn’t very effective, in my experience.

I will be getting your raw books. You are so right about what you put in being the secret to health and youth.

Power to you! You are an inspiring and beautiful spirit and still just gorgeous.

I have been involved with health and nutrition all my life. My hobby is cooking. After readying your book, I am very interested but overwhelmed by the information you give. I have a lot of questions. Is there any support group in the Monsey, New York (Rockland County) vicinity that helps beginners with your program to get started the right way?

Carol’s book “The Raw 50″ says, in the gray box on page 46, “…you can always urchase you raw oats on Carolalt.com.” Now there is a lot about Carol Alt at that site, but I do not see the link to shop for things I might not find in even a natural foods store. What is the link or might there be a different site?
