I just bought your cook book. It’s fantastic! I feel I’ve got more energy and I feel healthier. Thanks for the suggestion, Angela, but i was actually trying to get some suggestions up online. this was a mix up between me and my site master. and then it just takes so long as the RAW movement is in its infancy and many sites just have no way to link.
but, as you can see on my homepage, we are working on it!

Carol, not only are you beautiful on the outside but your inner beauty shines like the stars. I love how you prayed and got your answer; so cool. I am so in pain in my body. I was NEVER sick until I turned 57 yrs old. God blessed me with good health but now I am searching for a better way of life so I can live to enjoy it with my family. (I’m 61 yrs old now). I believe everything you say but cannot afford to buy everything I need to eat raw. I do try but it’s very hard because I live with my daughter and my grandkids. My question is, does Whole foods have bread that is sprouted and not baked? What brand is it? I’m confused as I see sprouted bread that looks like it has been baked (at high temperatures). Thanks so much for writing your book. It was the first time I realized that I needed to eat more raw food. I hope to be able to do all that you recommend in your book.

I was just browsing through your site when I noticed that many, many people continue to ask about the product availability on your site. I realize that you are super busy and have a suggestion. Perhaps it would save time if you had something on your main page to indicate that the products are no longer available, or possibly a resource directory with links to some of your favorite product sources. Hey Carol, I have been a fan of yours for years. I have all your books, wishing I had the fortitude to abide by your plan. I have dabbled in modeling at the ripe age of 18. I am now almost 54 years old and have been accepted with the John Casablanca agency in Atlanta for over 50 modeling. This is a lifelong dream of mine that I am embarking on. Only now, at this ‘ripe old age’ can I pursue my dream, due to raising a family. I want this to be successful for me. Naturally I am nervous and excited. My photo session is Friday morning. You personify a person who can be beautiful, sexy and healthy way into the last third of life. I would love any input you could give to help me on my endeavor. You are a real inspiration of what a woman can be over 50. I hope to do the same for our age group

sorry it took me so long to finD your email!
first of all, thank you for your comments–comments like these keep inspiring me!
secondly, i do a line of RAW skin care that is available only on HSN at the moment as they have the exclusive! but you can also see them on RAWESSENTIALS.com
third, i do donate part of the proceeds of Eating in the Raw to Dr Gonzales’ Charity which supports alternative cancer research since that is why i am so healthy!!
as for FOOD- so many other people do it so well, that i left food to the pros to do!
in skin care, there was a BIG HOLE for me to plug with RAW, CLEAN, HEALTHY skin care FREE OF HARSH CHEMICALS! So, i stepped up to the plate.
hopefully you (as i have great sulfate free body and face washes that my boyfriend loves to shave with- he finds he gets no irritation or in-grown hairs) or your girlfriend can benefit from this FABULOUS, UNIQUE line!
